FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
I am upgrading to a new version of photoshop or product. Do i have to buy my actions again?
No way. While other companies will indeed charge you at least 50%, we will not. Send us a message and we will get the new version to you, free of charge.
my brushes won't work. when i try to use them nothing happens.
Don't worry, there are a couple of things that might be happening.
1. Make sure you are painting on the layer mask with the opposite color of the mask. (black mask = white brush, white mask = black brush). See this tutorial on the blog. 2. Make sure that your brush opacity is set to a value greater than 0. 3. Make sure that the brush mode is set to Normal. Brushes will only work in Normal mode
why can't i find the photo effects folder (pc installation elements 7-10)?
Sometimes files and folders are hidden. Please follow this path to unhide your folder: My computer > C: > Organize (top left) > Folder and search options > View Tab > Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Once this is complete, try the installation again.
error message: can't upload into photoshop or elements
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
No. As stated on each page "due to the nature of the products and per industry standard, all transactions are final". The reason for this rule is that we have no way to re-capture the product or ensure that you will not use it in the future. We do however, offer an amazing support system and are willing to quickly help you in any way possible.
Why don't you make actions for photoshop Elements 7-10 anymore?
With the release of Photoshop Elements 11 in September, 2012 we began to phase out compatibility for earlier versions of Photoshop Elements. Photoshop Elements 11+ offers an improved way of installing and using Actions both for the user and MLC, the developer. All overlays continue to be compatible with the earliest versions of Photoshop Elements.
